Sent a non working replacement

They are putting us through the same trouble shooting steps we did with our original, 4 month old oculus headset. This one has a while different issues and is clearly old. It didn't work not one time since arrival. There is no contract number for this company. I'm afraid they will keep giving me the run around until my warranty is no longer valid. Sincerely hope not.

Rip off horrible customer service

The bastards at keep charging me recurring charges and as far as I can tell there isn't any way to stop them. So it looks like I will have to cancel my credit card again, and I will never purchase from *** oculus again.

User's recommendation: never trust oculus or Zuckerberg!!!

I'm too lazy to check it out or even care. You're supposed to tell me-it's incumbent upon the writer to provide details to the uninformed.
